She also serves as education chair for the South Central Region and works at the Institute level on the Curriculum Practice Area Committee. Prior to coming to the construction industry, Debra taught chemistry and physics on the high school level. She has 16 years and counting in the industry and has spent 9 years in the field in project management for a large door distributor. Debra is enjoying 7 years with Hager companies as a specification consultant. She has supplied specifications for several high profile projects like 88 Kushner ( a twin to the Trump Tower) and The Alamo (a historical renovation with access control).
